I think once it gets to the knees its too big. I like jackets and hoodies that are mid to lower thigh in length. Im 6'0 so i enjoy like 35-38" in length from shoulder down.

jacket above your hips, tall tees to the ankles. the bigger gap between the jacket length and the tall t length determines how steezy you are
