Back Yard Setups
Alright. So I didnt know exactly where to put this thread but here it is.
My buddy's house has a backyard that has a wooden rail from a stairwell. With a snowboard, he can 50/50 it but with skis I will not be able to due to edges and stuff like that. My question is, what would the best thing to put on the railing to make it ski-able? It is a flat railing. We were thinking that a piece of Flat PVC would go right over it? Maybe put a PVC pipe on it? or maybe double PVC pipe it? Need some advice/feedback on this semi-setup. Thanks +K
a piece of PVC would be great on that! I just made my own rail and it came out great. you can even put on metal but i wouldnt recommend it hope this helped!

You could put flat pvc but from experience thats gonna cost you a lot more than tubes.
If the rail isn't like 15ft its not worth it so keep that in mind. I suspect because it was a household railing that its probably like 6 ft. It'll get old fast.
