Get yourself some coconut water. It may not taste great but it's full of potassium and it'll really help. It was my hangover cure throughout college.

You just need to learn moderation. I despise being hungover. With a passion. I don't handle them well, I'm a fucking baby. So I learn to buzz and maintain the buzz, and avoid the sloppy bullshit. Besides, WAY more fun. Bring drunk just sucks.

Then again....I'm getting old(er).....

Right there with you. Went back to tailgate for a college football game last weekend. I drank what I used to drink got way too drunk, ended up ripping my shirt somehow? I dont remember. It was no fun and I didn't even enjoy the game.

I hate hangovers as well. But, I have heard of cure from the medical community. Big glass of water if you can before you go to bed, and Pedialyte. I still have yet to try it but, it does make sense.

Well yeah, drinking causes dehydration. That's where the headaches stem from. Drink water as you drink and you can avoid a headache - no guarantee but it helps.

23. Its very sad. After I graduated I stopped drinking as much for about a year and a half... I still went to games, but didn't have the time to tailgate at all. I hadn't drank like that since college, and it ended badly.

The key is to just drink again. Solves the problem immediately.

As a matter of fact, if you just permanently stay drunk, you'll never get a hangover.

of course, this does introduce a slightly problematic behavior, but whatever. ;)

I've never drank before. Addiction runs deep in my family and it sucks watching my brother become an alcoholic while he denies his problem. So to me alcohol is evil and I am proud of you haha. If you can find moderation then I'm sure you'll be fine

been there.

when i drink i normally drink a lot. it helps to drink a lot of water and to eat before bed. when i eat a lot and drink a lot of water I normally don't feel too bad the next day
