I took a yoga class in my last term of high school, I didn't really want to take the course but it was my only choice. It ended up not being that bad, I enjoyed it most days and it is defiantly good for you. Yoga isn't only physical, the physical part isn't even suppose to be the main focus, although it is for most. It's about the state of mind and treating your body well. That means meditation and only eating natural, organic foods. You can really go in depth with it, there is a lot more to it than most think.
Oh and the girls were hot in it too.
