I really don't want a guy I know to be involved in my life anymore, because he's going backwards in maturity, and starting shit with my better friends, and myself. I am just unsure as to how i'm going to go about completely disowning this kid. He was a good friend, and probably thinks we're still buddies. I don't want him to be angry is the problem, because I hate confrontation, and his one way of solving everything is fighting people. Not only that, he completely hates his friends who stop or don't smoke weed. He's an overall piece of shit, and i'm tired of it.


TL;DR: Idiot friend, don't want him in my life, starts shit with people who don't deserve it, he solves his problems by starting more shit/fighting, I don't like confrontation, he's a complete moron.

Thanks for any tips guys, i'm literally stumped as to how to do this.

just don't talk to him ever again. delete him off everything and screen his calls and don't respond to texts and just avoid him. i do it all the time.

I looked him in the eye, and told him he was an immature, shit starting, fool. He replied to that with, "You're just a fag."

I'm not going to fight him, I don't like fighting. I have told him what I though, and he responded with one of the most immature responses there is. I just want him to fuck off. And yes, I am scared to fight him because he will get his older brother involved, which would mean big time game over for me.

Sometimes the best way to get a point across is to beat it into someone. And if this is the kid you were referring to that stole you're money for weed I'd just assume this kid is an asshole and you're scared of him. Oh and his older brother if he comes after you not only is he a bitch but if you put up a fight that makes you not a bitch. Sometimes in life you have to take a fucking beating. So, if you truly wanna deal with this guy tell him exactly how you feel, dont just call him a shit head. Tell him to stay the fuck away, if he wants to fight like I said don't be a bitch just fight. If you do and his brother comes after you grab your fucking dick and have some self respect and don't get punked by him and if you have to fight him too then you do it and if you take a beating at least you didn't go down like some passive woman.

hold on, manning the fuck up is just ignoring someone, or did you contradict yourself? You realize that I have never had to go through this before, because I usually get along with most people pretty well. I was wondering if I should say anything specific to him or whatever.

Along with that, you don't need to be a douche to everyone you don't like. You're just as bad as him in that sense. You could have worded that far better, and made it come off as intelligent, instead of cocky and rude.

I don't know how to handle it. I'm not crying to the internet, I was turning to it for advice. There's a massive difference between the two. I don't know if you don't understand this, because you're a tough guy who will just pound sense into anyone who doesn't like you, I can't do this though. Yeah you're tight as fuck. And op get a set of balls and deal with the fucking issue at hand if you think he will kick your ass because you voice your opinion then don't and just deal with his presence or completely avoid him and if that means you have to avoid other friends too then that sucks but there is no other way to deal with it. So figure it out everyone is gonna give you the same advice. Fight, tell him what you feel, or completely ignore his presence. Choose one

just stop talking to them 100%. i do this to shitty friends a lot. just treat him as another kid at your school that you never talk to. what i mean is don't like look away from him, just dont acknowledge him at all. eventually he will get bored and go away

I agree with op that violence is the worst way to get a point across. It's extremely inefficient. Tell him you are sick and tired of what he's been doing and ignore him. Your "friend" is obviously an insecure little dickhole who needs to learn how to treat others. Let the kid see what life is like without your friendship and help. Either he will come crawling back to you and you can say I told you so, or he will never talk to you again. It's a win win situation.

This. If anyone bought me scorpion king 2 I'd never talk to them again ahahah. For real though, just stop talking to him..defriend him in fb if you have one and same with all other social media. Don't respond to his texts or calls. Just from now on treat him as if he was never born. I've done it countless times, usually at first they try really hard to get ahold of you but after a few days they get the point.
