What do you do to get in shape for season??

Just wondering what you guys do to get ready for the season. I've been doing core and leg workouts; in addition to, some running and hiking. Im looking to be very prepared physically for this season. Post how your preparing to kill it, and any super helpful workouts or cardio you do.

I do alot of blading/trampoline/mountainbiking


but really anything that works out your legs and builds confidence in the air

ride bmx all summer. diet consists of mcdanks every day. Large big mac meal. Every meal includes red bull. gotta get those carbs. feel the burn. that sorta thing

four nights a week, i go out and take THE D, each session lasts 3 hours and consists of playing quarterback and while playing quarterback the coach yells his face off at you, why just because its football

suprised no-one else has said climbing. Hauling oneself up a vertical rock face for hours gets the muscles working and unlike redbull, it gives you balls.

Just for the ski season. Squats are the best thing by far. Second leg press, Then ride the bike on high resistance intervals. Strong lower body will set you up for a slammin injury free start of the season.

Cross Country. I hate doing it, but I works Core, legs, and its really good for your lungs. Best thing for pre-season.

I start with a mile run then do 100 crunches and push up then 25 chin up and end with some cool down streaches.
