Yeah, totally in line there.  If that's "pulling the race card" and not a blatant attempt to remove the poor and elderly from the voting pool, then you should probably mix bleach and ammonia to fill your bong with next time you change the water, brah.   

Now we have this too?  Take your head out of your ass.  The GOP is doing everything in it's power to shut down the ability of the public to decide for itself who wins.  First, convinve the people that 20,000,000 people shouldn't be allowed to vote.  Done (and you apparently swallowed that one hook, line and sinker as well).  Next, remove theability of the remaining people who don't agrewe with you to vote, and it should be an easy win... 

Yeah except that's illegal, and the exact opposite of what a democracy is.  If you think this is no big deal, you fucking hate America, plain and simple.   

And before someone else cries foul because I haven't mentioned the idiot dems who pulled some shit- No, that is a fucking travesty too.  If it were up to me, they'd all be on the hook for treason.  That's not what America is, was founded on, or what it should be and an attempt to circumvent the public's ability to cast votes in an election is an atttempt to kill democracy in it's most basic terms. 

For the record, I fucking hate Obamacare, and don't like Obama at all but this is some fucked up shit I can't even believe was allowed to transpire.  It makes me fucking sick to think about it.   

And the people guilty of that fraud should be tried for treason imo.   On any side, that is inexcusable and disgusting to me.   

But if you read the thread or have looked into the subject at all, you'd see that this isn't justa few people forging dead peoples' reg forms.  This is a national initiative on multiple fronts against the American voter and specifically aimed at quelling the democratic vote as much as they can and by any means necessary.

Well if you don't have a car and don't drink, why even maintain ID?  You literally don't need photo ID if you don't have a license to drive a car or you don't need a liquor ID. 

By excluding people who don't have a photo ID rather than just verifying social security number and personal info, you are excluding mostly people who can't afford a car, and people who simply don't have a need for a photo ID like you or I would for no other reason than just to do it.  This is mostly old and poor people btw.   

There are 20,000,000 people in this coultry- literally 1 in 15 that for whatever reason that don't have photo ID because they don't need it- well all of a sudden they do now, and so if they want to vote, they have to get their ass down to the RMV and pay for one- which if you're old or poor that might not be as easy as it sounds.  You might not have a car to get across town, and you might not have the money to spend on a freshie ID.  Liquor IDs alone can be up to $50, that's a lot for a poor person to pay to be able to vote, y'know?   

Does it make a little more sense now?  It's an unnecessary measure formed on to stop a nonexistent problem with the actual intent to remove the ability of the poor and old to vote through the American public's predictable and wholly hypocritical fear of immigrants.

Well pretty much anyone in this thread who has taken a "bah, who cares" aproach to this is a well known Romney supporter, as if being a republican meant you will never take issue with your party's practice no matter what they do.  I have a problem with that, personally. 

Ive tried to articulate mysel and the issues as best I can, but then you get guys like Phaeded who waltz in and downplay the severity of this like it ain't no thang but a chicken wang, "it doesn't even matter, why even vote".  I mean come on.     

I share a great many beliefs with both sides of the coin, so I consider myself neither Conservatard nor Librodouche.  Fuck that.  I disagree very strongly with points that both sides make right now so I would never call myself either.  I decide for myself how I feel about individual issues, I would never let a political party decide for me wtat I should and shouldn't be for, or how to interpret horseshit I see happening.  I apologize if I didn't snap into action when the MN voter deal went down, I must have been at work on climbing a mountian. I can't be all places at all times, man- real life calls now and then believe it or not ;)
