JFK ranked 8th with historians and 4th with the public

Yeah im an Obama supporter and I'm not really sure how he is in there just yet. They weren't just basing it off policy or strictly the term though but societal and social impact. The article explains it though and Alan Brinkley was one of the historians and I trust him on this haha.

1. its not of all time.

2. the list wasn't just made by newsweek it was created by 10 academic and independent historians who know much more about U.S. history, and American politics then anyone on this site. Alan Brinkley is in my view one of the most educated American historians ever. Now one can argue whether or not a sitting president should be on the list but thats a different matter.
