better question is why are most of them round? seems weird to me because thw wood the mill the skis out of is square

also it makes it easier to put the non circumferential edges on

I skied line for a few year and love it. but if you want to ski something different and be unique checkout www.skilogik.com they make the sweetest skis with wood veneers and can even make custom designs. Until now they have traditionally made more all mountain/backcountry skis but wait for it......this year they are coming out with a new park specific ski called the Spinster.

If you want to get noticed and have something different than everyone else. get the SKILOGIK!!!!!!! I have 2 pairs and love them
