I go to school in albany and there are some insane rails at U Albany but the big problem is campus security and the fact that the training and headquarters for the NY State Police is right next to the campus.

go walk around troy. the big white circular building has a big c-rail next to it, the one mike nick did in propaganda. and about the egg, there is a lot of security there.....a lot. good luck with that. a kid i know was skateing there a few weeks ago and the security just saw him skatin not girnding and he was arrested............
