Yeah, so I was thinking of doing it because I quit some other sports, and I need a new hobby. I'm 16, so I was wondering if i was too old to start it. I've never done any martial arts, and I was wondering if you guys have any info.

boxing is so much better. there arent the same trashy people that kickboxing has who just want to kill people. boxing is a lot more classy, for a pugilistic sport i suppose. 16 isnt too old to start either, i started when i was 17, am 21 now, and am loving it.

How big are you? I thought kickboxing would be better because I'm pretty lanky and am tall. 6'00 and about 140 lbs.
