Helment question

Last year i got a concussion with my helment on.
Do I need to buy a new helment because the shock absorbing stuff is shot or can i still use it???

it only matter if the foam gets cracked. Most people would say that if you take a really hard fall or get a concussion in a helmet you should get a new one.

yeah you might wanna buy a new one, and a diffent kind for sure, becaus that type is not helping your head at all. what did you have when you got the concussion?
