On November 3rd, we will have no idea who won. The votes will be so close that a few weeks of recounting will take place in one or two swing states, and then Bush will be reelected. Ironically, if the black population had voted, or gerrymandering abolished, or the 'high voters' system didn't exist, Kerry would have won. (My personal prediction).
