I would play some shitty Skrillex song on repeat while they are strapped in a chair unable to move. Every time the song repeats, it is turned up 1 decibel. It starts at one and continues to infinite, this will drag on for a week or so, and get so loud their ear drums burst. While all of this is going on, porn will be play with their eyes taped open. They will get the worst case of blue balls with no way of fixing it.

not much of a story. he got hammed, passed out, his drunk friends super glued his butt cheeks together because they were drunk. he has some terrible fear of hospitals for some reason so he put off going as long as he could. he went two days storing up shit with his butt cheeks melted together and when his friends finally convinced him to go see a doctor he had to get them surgically separated.
