Has David Lesh actually been arrested?

I know it's April Fools Day, but it's so believable. They were drifting on a public highway while firing a handgun out of the window. He shoots a road sign, then blindly fires out of the window again. And there is a precedent of people being arrested for stuff they do on video.

If you look hard enough you will find the demo for jibberish, from there you play the first level, stop halfway down the Breck park and hold T then R then O then press L twice. I believe the video then become visible you are welcome
