Contest voting issue

I'm getting the "Contestants may not rate or vote." instead of the voting bar for the JOI video contests even though I certainly didn't enter into either of them. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hey guys,

Sorry about that. We had a bit of a glitch in those contests over the weekend but have since sorted it out, and as a result voting is going to be open for an extra day (until today at 9pm PST/Midnight EST) so the contestants have more time to get votes.
