My season starts tomorrow, its gonna be my first year playing defense so I'm psyched.

Last year I played attack, got suck in the X position most of the time (behind the net) and didn't score a single goal; needless to say that wasn't the best.

But yeah, if you don't have a job or anything more productive to do, give it a try, fun shit.

my friend scored a majority of his goals starting at X. He had more assists but still had the 3rd most goals on the team.

I'm not saying its not a good position, just wasn't really for me. I could easily see somebody way faster than me scoring a ton of goals from X, good for him.

As X you aren't always look to for goals, but X should always be a talented player because in most plays, he has a strong role.

how did you not score from x? i switched on and off from x and center mid and i scored about an equal amount of goals from each position? you just got to be aggressive

i dont know why people are saying X is a bad spot. i played ir for 2 years and scored 20 goals a season. its just like hockey where you can just run up from behind and swoop it in.
