The "It's snowing in _____" thread

I thought it'd be nice if there were one thread where people could post when it's snowing at their home mountain and give a quick local report.

It's currently snowing in Mammoth CA. It's been very windy also so windward slopes will be stripped but leeward slopes will be epic. Website says 5" in 24 hours and 11" from this storm, but it looks like more to me. Skied today and there was some good deep stuff, tomorrow should be even better!

i'm heading up to A Basin at the end of the month...i hope there are some freshies left for me.

in the meantime, its dumping in northern new mexico right now....looks like we'll be skiing 4-6 inches of fresh in the morning.

I am from the east and in awe of course when I check out the vail website and it is a powder day for closing day... It says season extended, but will they stay open as long as their is snow?
