im playing hockey for the first time next year, so pumped any advise
i played hockey for 16 years, took this year off and didnt like it at all so im transfering schools for the chance to play the game again.
idk how old you are or what level you're playing at, but work on your skating technique, keep your head up, learn to trust yourself and just play for fun man.
and lift this summer. offseason is the most important in terms of progressing. lower body lifts and anything that strengthens your core and increase stability/balance.
