Tykenol Before practice

I play lacrosse and my knee has been hurting during practice. If i were to take tylenol before practice how many should i take?

uhhhhhhhhhhh read the bottle? Unless your planning on taking half the bottle and destroying your liver I think you should be ok

taking too much can be terrible for your liver. I sometimes take two before I ski for my knee, and it does the trick. talk to your doctor first, and try and fix what's bothering your knee.

Most of the bottles are single servings. The larger bottles are good for two doeses.


Make sure to drink a big glass of water to get them all down
