Kai Mahler wins Frostgun Invitational 2012

Went down today in Val Thorens, France, real fun to watch. Landing was shortened a bit after lots of people knuckling it yesterday, still huge though. format was one on one battles, riders paired off into quarter finals

Winner - Kai Mahler, doing sick dub 12 shiftys all day, and finished with a rightside dub 10 aswell

2nd - Eric Schuler. Knocked out pk and henrik with huge dub 12 and dub 16 true tails. only 16 yrs old from switzerland. . .

3rd - Russ Henshaw. He did the whole comp unnatural lots of rightside dub 12 double grabs

4th - Henrik. Threw some super styled out bio 12 blunts, and so nearly stuck a double flatspin 14 in the 3rd place final.

henrik's trick was probably a dub bio 14, not a dub dub flat 14, still fucking dope!!

he calls that trick both often. He just calls it bio because a true flat spin is a lost art.

a flatspin with a lot of spin(flat7,9,10,12) really look like bio. thats why a dub flat 14 would look like a dub bio 14

maybe you are retarded, if you think about it dub flat is basically impossible, the way i see it, his first flip is a flatspin than he goes like bio 5, hence the reason to call it dub flat/bio cause he basically does the 2

BTW, Henriks first double looks like a flat 5 then a bio 9, so I could see calling it either a double flat or a double bio 14.

Either way, I think we could all agree it was dope as shit.
