This is the part where the teacher tells you how when you grow up kids will be typing this fast at 5 years old because everything will be digital. Happens everytime

Didn't you have typing classes in elementary school? I've been able to type fast as long as I can remember. Typing classes + the invention of AOL and AIM made me quite the little typist as a kid haha.

Yeah we had this sweet ass star wars type typing game where you had to get a certain number of words to beat a level, but teachers constantly tell me how the next generation is going to be so adept with technology and it becomes frustrating. Just a pet peeve of mine though.

Haha this. I remember being in like grade 5 and spitting out upwards of 85 wpm, while all the other kids were at like 30 wpm... it boggles my mind how so many people can't type much faster than 40 wpm, considering the amount of time they spend online typing shit on Facebook...
