your going to have to force your self to go to bed early if you want to get up at six cuz my guess is that your going to bed at like one or two now. if you go to bed when you fall asleep your either not going to get up or you will and you will be tired and unproductive all morning until you finally take a nap.
also if your going to workout when you wake up make sure you eat first and give yourself sometime to actually wake up otherwise your going to have a hell of a time working out and you wont enjoy it
