Marker Griffons??

I'm like 125lbs 5'7" and looking at getting some new bindings. What do u think of the marker Griffons for me?

I'm 6ft 187lb never had a problem as far as binding functionality is concerned. They've never released when I haven't needed it, always when I do.

Only consideration is, and this applies to all bindings with larger heel pieces - if you land back seat and to the side, there's a strong possibility the heel will go up your bumhole.

I'm about the same range as you and have been using my griffons since the season started. They haven't broke once and i landed switch pretty hard lots of times.Get them, I love mine!

yea I have heard the brakes bend when landing switch but I have not had any problems thus far.

Dude get them. You will have no issues. They are by far the best binding I have used.

lolz ... you must be speaking from experience, because I ride rossis which a have a notoriously high heelpiece and when I've landed backseat and to the side it's never once happened, haha

Hey now, I would say the griffon is gonna be WAY stronger than the squire. At your weight, the griffon will last you a season or two, (unless you huck mad cliffs or whatever on the regular.) Just don't expect them to last forever.

Squires legitetimentaly look scary though.........

have had griffons for 1.5 seasons now... i'm 5 foot 10, 160 pounds. no problems except for the bent brake here and there, which is an easy, free, 5 minute fix in the shop. plus that's probably because i have 110mm brakes on 83 mm waist skis.

yup. hurts like a bitch. has happened a couple of times on my other sticks with the dynastar px12 heelpiece too

This, they are sick bindings but my breaks have bent numorious times.  You just gotta bend them back and you set though
