but did you bring your skis to the shop you bought them from? typically you have to go through your shop with any warranty claim. they're were very helpful to me and had a replacement pair lined up in no time.
I got an armada Jacket off of evo in August, it's had two week of use and the chest pockets already got a whole in it, only problem is I live in europe and well I got off evo so I can't take it back to them should I go straight to armada?
I sent a pair in through a local shop just before Christmas, still haven't heard anything back.. Not the best imo, heard plenty of other bad stories and have seen more Armada skis break than anything else. Only ski from them that seems good is the AR7
