Shoulder Problemos!

So this past football season i dislocated my shoulder no less than 20 times... im losing count haha... anyways... i dont wanna go to the doctor now cuz then id be out of skiing, but i don wanna go after the season either cuz it might prevent me from playing football part of next season.
so my question is... if my labrum is fucked up and my sholder is starting to seperate away from my collar bone... how long would i be out for with rehab and all that schizzz?? thanks

I've dealt with my fair share shoulder problems, have dislocated it roughly 5-6 times. I had an MRI done to see what the damages were and I have torn ligaments in the should that need surgery. The only nice part of this injury is the damage is already done and it cant get worse, therefore I am not required to rush into surgery. However I would highly suggest getting surgery as soon as you can, dislocating as many times as you have can affect mobility. If you do opt for surgery you'll have your arm mobilized for 6 weeks and then roughly 5-6 months of rehab to get back to 100%
