A Helmet is deffinetly good.Last year was my first with one. its not so much my skiing ability that i'm worried about, but other idiots on the hill.

I ride a helmet most all of the time but not really when I'm sessioning rails. To warm. But I feel sketchy jumping without a helmet cause falling on your head after a rodeo isn't fun

helmets really don't make that much of a difference (as told to me by a ski-patroller because the 'whip-lash' effect is increased by wearing a helmet) but i feel more secure when i wear one

in the park i do and when im doin crazy big mountain stuff. But when im just kicking around the mountain skiing and especially in the spring when its relly hot out, i dont.

and the kid a few posts up that says he rides with a helmet most of the time but not rails... are you kidding? You wear it freeriding around and then take it off to hit hard metal objects?

^ uh the opposite with me, I get scared im gona smack my head on some rail and lay there bleeding to death in the snow. with a helmet I feel a lot more confident. When i skate i dont wear one tho.

My mommy wants me to be safe when I'm being retarded in the snow so she pays for my helmets. I'm not arguing, plus the Giro nine is a hot looking hat anyway. It also gives you the confidense to do more stupider things when I'm riding.

last year at cascade in wisconsin thing where getting a little icey. i had been SLAYING 99 percent of the rails there that day and was liek 'SUP.' n.e. weiz i was gonna go for a SIK 270 out on the lil' yellow rail (BLIIINDESIDE), and i caught an edge on the landing and ruined my head. it hurt. ever since then i thought about skiing with a helmet on. maaaybe i will, maybe i will.

i just got a new helmet for this season, i didnt wear my old one at all last season because it was too hot. looking forward to wearing one, im a lot more confident with one on

i wear one on stormy days, because that plastic shell is totally windproof. i like that. i also worry more about hitting my head on a tree or some rocks then i worry about it when im just jumping or riding pipe or something. the snow is hardly ever hard out here, so thats that.
