Hey, i wanna gain some weight. Anyone have any ways of doing it? i wanna put on like 15-20 lbs or so.
im 5'10, 142 pounds.

hehe ive been running track for school for three years. i would usually run 7-10 miles daily or a sprint workout on the track. as i burned the fat off my body, i gained muscle so i only gained 10 pounds in the last 3 years. btw im 5'10 160. sorry that doesnt asnwer ur question at all.. i guess buy protein stuff and eat more while working out.
my buddy put on 30 pounds this school yr by smoking/drinking/and eating fast food... and he looks like shit!!!
u gotta eat 1 protien: 1 carb : 2 veggies
eat tons of carbs but work out while u do...
drink lots of water
protein shakes help
dont start taking the pills that are advertised to help build muscle mass they normally only add water mass to ur muscles

yeah its really not that difficult, just sit on your ass and eat a lot of fatty foods. I am liek the same weight as you, maybe a coupel pounds lighter but about 3 or 4 inches shorter than you. And except for skiing I very rarely do anything too strenuous, so thats a nice 7 months a year of weight gaining time.

this winter/spring i gained 15lbs from working out 4 days a week and just eating stuff thats good for like fish, fruits/vegetables some pasta and lots of chicken for protiens

Well if you want muscle its easy enough to add...eat TONS of protein. You need carbs too or else no weight will be added. Then work out at the gym a lot...you need a good routine, an hour and half to two hours a day. Every day of the week, remember big weights with low reps add mass, small weights with high reps add definition. Break it up by muscle area each day, dont go for a total body work out. Do a some cardio at the start and end as a warm up and cool down. THe burning is good but dont over do it or you can strain your muscles and they will need longer to rebuild and that is not good. Protein mix is good if you are going to the gym a real lot but unless you are doing 2 plus hours a day everyday that stuff isnt that good. I just eat a tons of chicken and turkey everyday...

dont do the stuff yourself thing..or you may develop bad habits and keep gaining. definatly use bodybuilding and take in more energy, but not more food. by that i mean like things with more caloric value

it's the summer so i'm starting to lose all the weight i gained this summer from getting hurt and not being able to walk and such

and yesterday i started my 'workout routine' by running like 1.5 miles or so. now i just gotta find a proper diet to lose some freakin pounds. whoever started this thread, you can have my extra pounds.. haha.
you can have some of mine. fuck i need to lose some weight. It's all about diet, this winter I played hockey 4 days a week and skied every weekend. Low and behold, nothing happened. But, sience school has been out I have been eating like once a day. now I'm losing it, just sittin on my ass doin nothing. but you wanted to get fat so i dunno, eat alot, but chicks don't dig fat guys. DAMN, i always thought a gut was manly. ahh who gives a rats ass anyway. Fat, or skinny your still gona want to be something else the grass is always greener. The only thing I have going for me is my large wang and my extensive knowledge of online porn. (hehe lets see if that gets into the next article about random posts.)
