Non- processed food diet?

Of course this isnt the best site to ask but has any one gone on a non processed food diet, or simple ate completely non-processed.  I eat mostly organic, free range as it is, but Im trying to go a month eating non-processed food.  Im a few days in and its not terriable, who doesnt love shitty processed delicious food, but its obviously not the best for you?  Im not doing it for weight loss reasons, basicly just trying to be as healthly as i can while Im still young.

Has anyone done this and have some good recipies, and good snacks besided fruits and veggies to munch on?

I have gone 6 months but the only processed food that I had was a pizza pocket before I went to bed every day

i do it

i only eat oatmeal in the morning with eggs, then grilled chicken with a sweet potato and lettuce... and about 3-4 meals similar to that every 3 hours or so.... do you work out or just trying to lose weight with dieting?

I eat way too much crap, but when I'm not lazy and cook (which I love), I generally try to eat paleoish, aka, meat, veggies, little bit of fruit, no sugar/grains/etc. Some great resources here:

Yea I try and work out regularly, im in descent shape-I dont really have weight to lose-thats not the pt of the whole non-processed idea, just trying to be healthier ya know. 

I just get such big cravings for shitty food, guess ill make some bars to snack on or something.

Im not iIliminating processed things such as pasturized milk...etc just what you woulk think of as shitty boxed food
