Ultimate Ski Gloves: Dexterity, Grip, Warmth

Who knows the best glove on the market today??? I'm looking for dexterity and grip over anything else, but ofcourse they need to be warm enough to ski in.  Thanks

Hestra. Check out the Seth Morrison pro. I haven't used it, but everyone loves it. For a big glove that offered everything, I have the Dakine Titan. Warm, great grip, goretex, and has the powder cuff on it

I second this statement. the seth gloves are super warm, durable and give your fingers great mobility.

Thanks for the suggestions... Those still look a little puffy, for lack of a better term.  Anyone ever wear the Oakley Factory Pilot or the Oakley Sadplant (looks like a park glove no warmth at all but sometimes thats not a bad thing)??

For the days when it's not super cold, I use the Dakine Omega, lower profile, good grip, and it's warm. Check out the Cobra and Bronco as well, both from Dakine

I hear great things about hestra but I've never owned em. I have however been using dakines for the last six years and they're amazing.

I didnt realize the Factory was a MTB glove but I'm starting to think I need to go outside of ski gloves to get the dexterity I'm looking for... Obviously I'd prefer not wearing a glove, I really like to feel the ski pole and not have it slipped especially in tight places where I might be bouncing around. 

Each time I see a glove that looks like what I want I realize its not a snow glove

$12 Kinco 901 work gloves. Put a few coats of snoseal on them and you're good to go. There's a reason why so many patrollers

Hestra Xtra Fit. Uninsulated leather construction with a Gore Tex insert. Best glove I have ever used. My hands don't typically get cold, usually over heat, so I wanted something with as little insulation as possible.

Only downside is the price...$175 MSRP. Now looking for them it appears they are no longer produced.

The Hestra Seth Morrison is supposed to be the shiznits.

Personally, I reckon the Cactus SPG. All leather, great dexterity for a 'full' glove, and absofuckinglutely bulletproof, as far as a glove can be. I've had mine for a couple of seasons now, heaps of hiking carrying skis, digging kickers, that sorta shit and they're still in amazingly good condition. Gotta wax them occasionally to keep them waterproof but as long as you do they're about as waterproof as they come, after all you don't see cows leaking in the rain do you... oh, and for you US folk, probably pretty cheap for what they are.

these are great, i highly recommend paying a few more bucks and get the flylow tough guy glove. theyre probably the warmest gloves ive ever owned

Thanks for the Kinco tip.. exactly what I'm looking for, and they remind me of the gloves the Austrian bobsled coach wears when he claps at the end of Cool Runnings ... (anyone know what I'm talking about?) ....

Anyway how do they fit? Pretty regular? Run big or small? I'm gonna order them online so I cant try them on

auclair unfourtantely lost mine but they were the shit, never got wet or cold but they werent so warm that ur hands sweat like a mofo then they get cold anyways, butvya so legit

These costs 12 euros (!) tripple baked them myself.. All French ski patrol guys use them, super warm and comfy, all leather so it breathes the moisture out etc etc.. Only downside is the fit..its ok, but find something like this in a shop and find the best fitting pair and youll be set..

You really can't go wrong with Kinco, especially at the price. I'll take 4 pairs of Kincos over a single $50 pair of other gloves.

Just to repeat the quote a bit, there's a reason why a LOT of patrollers and lifties wear these things.

My friend just bought a pair - damn nice glove, but the leather is so supple, I wouldn't want to be bumping chairs or de-icing or anything with them, I don't think they would last very long.

I have the pow stealth gloves and i love them .They are not bulky at all, it has soft goatskin leather that allows it to move around easily. And it has a built in goretex insert so i have yet to get wet. And the best part is they are relatively cheap at $75
