I had the same problem after i dislocated my shoulder. After a couple months it felt fine, but it came out again when i did a gainer. Physical therapy does work very well, its just once you are release you must keep doing those work outs they tell you. I made the mistake of doing them and my shoulder dislocated 5 more times due to my own wrecklessness. The 6th time tore all the ligaments and muscle so i had no options. Those exercises are most important.
