Help, Mid day one of my calfs starts hurting!!

Before you say im a noob, NO IM NOT!! I haven't skid in 5 years sadly, but my first time in 5 years amazing vail is incredible. Do you happen to have any ideas why?
1 i did not put anything else in my boot so that is out of the question

i really have no clue!! i'm going to stratton in two weeks so i want to figure this out!!

ill work out before i go. MY hockey season was over for about a month when i left.

Sorry bud but you set yourself up for that one.

How could we give you any useful advice based on that first post?
You could be outta shape, it could be cramp, you might of skied/landed backseat too much and bruised your calf on the top of the boot.

Or you could just be being a pussy
