Weird back pain from spinning.. whaaat?

i have been doing 5s on this tiny jump all week and i threw one and my upper back made a weird noise and i got some bad back pain when i was skiing making it hurt whenever i twisted has this happened to any one else?

Is it near ur shoulder muscle because i was doing a 1080 on the tramp and came down and it really hurt my shoulder/entire back

yeah i feel it around my shoulder and entire back i have done it on the tramp too hard to explain

bingo. use your upper body as well, but stop trying to huck everything by swinging your entire upper body super hard, it'll lead to pulled muscles very easily.

or, alternatively, stretch out your back before skiing
