Realistically you get laid, the child has the best chance at revcovery, the town judge could save you from being sued, it was probably the old ladies fault.

realistically, you won't get laid, the judge sues the fuck out of you for moving him improperly, the child is fine regardless, and the old women show the most gratitude and leaves you millions of dollars when she dies a week later. take the old women down.
