I have skied every day for the past 2 weeks and have been getting some really nasty shingbang does anyone know any quick cures for it? I'm guessing its rest...

Ya you pretty much just have to take a day or two off. Mabeye just ski groomers for a day. Hot tub if you can.

Carpet padding helped my friend a lot. It made the boots fit tighter and was a little more cushion.
