Is there a difference?
How much of a difference would I notice if I switched from a 83 mm width to a 90 mm width ski?
i just switched from 85mm waist to 75mm and i can definitely feel the difference, but you will get used to them.

On groomers? In powder? On rails? Edge to edge quickness? What do you mean?
I ski Midwest so mostly groomers and the biggest jumps where I go would be 40 ft. Maybe an occasional trip out west once a year. I guess just wondering what the difference when spinning and carving would be.
If you are used to 83mm, jumping up to 90mm will not be very noticeable. What you would feel more of is construction materials or camber profile or difference in sidecut or other dimensions.
I hear ya. So if I'm used to riding traditional camber and that works well for me, should I stay with camber for my next pair?
