What headphones / earphones are the best for under helmet skiing

Search headphones for 20 threads on this but Ill save you the effort, everyone will say one of two things skull candy Icons or earbuds.

Icons work great around the back of your head, and nixon whips are also very light weight and super good. Same sort of thing. Then there's thousands of different types of ear buds that would work just fine. I don't think ear buds are as comfortable after a long day of riding, they start to hurt my ears. I'd go with one of the first two.

b dog gave me some white smokin buds which are nice for skiing by yourself but icons when with people.

agreed when skiing alone, in ear are nicer. but when skiing with people i like the icons cause you can pull them down to hear people better

Get one of these badboys! They fit super-nicely under a helmet, and the sound-quality is way better than anything from Skullcandy.

skullcandy FMJ or icons is what i use. any ear bud is good. my brother uses sony piiq headphones that are black+yellow

I've come across the same problem, my headphones never go behind my head so i put them under my helmet, but it gives major headaches

put the right ear phone on the left and left phone on the right and wrap them around the back of your neck.

this. when u flip em around it fits on your ear really well, and make the headband part as small as it goes
