Back problems from skiing

hey ns, during febuary vacation last year i was learning 3's and was leaning back way too far. Eventually i landed so far back the back of my twin tips stabbed me im pretty sure. It hurt for the rest of that day around the top left of my back. I still feel the same pain in the same spot every day. Have any of you ever had this happen and do you have any tips on things i can do to help it. Im going to my chiropractor soon but i just wanted advice on a ski incedent from skiers. probably just stretched a muscle to far just take a week or two or and get a massage or go to a massage therapist i've had the same problem

Okay didnt really read but I fractured my back bad in two spots a few years ago and Im fine.

By lower and upper back hurt so much right now. Hopefully they'll heal up over Christmas Eve and Christmas since I can't ski those days anyways.
