You do realize you are bringing in the hate. If you have never done business with FD or owned a product then just dont say anything. I know for a fact that a lot of ppl love their goods and some ppl dont. Just because you had a buddy whos suit fell apart doesnt mean there wasnt 100 still going hard. I mean I had my fair share of shit falling apart (jiberish/saga/oakley) from top brand that people still love.
I loved my SAGA products that I own, but I do not seeing myself buying from them again because of their shitty ass cutomer service. So should post more hate in every single saga thread there is like all of you do on FD. What about jiberish?
Its easy to sit here and hate on FD because its the cool thing to do, but at the end of the day they are making bank and not really giving a fuck what half of you are saying. SAGA calls a kid out and all of you love it, FD does it and all you shit on them. Simple fact is neither should have done it. FD has in my mind (IMO) is start to act like a legit company. They offer exactly what people what in my options. They gave you NS the choice to change/custom your suit and sleeves, bc all of you wanted it. They have a shit ton of products in every size.

IMO the two best outerwear companies in my mind is LDC/BLOOM. With my experience they had the best customer service. Support companies that support you and are just stoked. Customer service should play a huge role in what ever you are buying, bc you are supporting them by giving them your hard earned money.
A lot of you guys are just joining the hate fd bandwagon. It seems to be a popular trend these days. their first years stuff sucked aids it was probably the most aweful garbage I ever owned but I gave them another chance for some weird reason and their stuff way better quality.
I've had my last years fd suit for all of last winter and hit a summer set up with it all summer and it's still in good shape besides a few rail burns and stuff I'd get on any pair of pants.
fd is not a company like salomon who consistently makes pure shit because they know people are going to buy it anyways (I've had bad experiences with salomon). first drop actually worked to get their stuff better.
I respectably disagrre with this statement, I would say there are alot of other outwear companies, with bigger budgets that can pick up better skiers than Saga, sorry if that doesnt make alot of sense i had a hard time trying to word that
people who dont understand why first drop gets hated on have been on the site for 1 month, or dont actually look at any threads. they might make decent outerwear now, but do some research, and its not even just the products they make.

I've had lots of experience dealing with FD and they've been nothing but excellent when it came to customer service.
Sure, I bought a jacket from them, wasn't too happy with it for a few personal reasons, didn't fit exactly the way I wanted, too warm for where I ski, etc. I've also purchased two hoodies that I've loved and worn every chance I've gotten.
Point is, just because they don't have the best product for you doesn't mean you need to bitch about them and attempt to take business from them. I've done business with David himself and he's a very professional guy when it comes to his career. Guess what, people who are on task in the work place are allowed to have fun with their friends and do stupid shit.
I decided to take a chance on them and buy one of their new hoodies because i liked the way it looked. When I got it today the zipper would zip up but then split back apart. I havn't emailed them yet but after i get the problem worked out I will post up how the customer service actually is. As of right now I am not that worried about it because their warranty looks really solid.
hmm dont really know what you are talking about... Saga is one company I will always support because of their customer service and the people behind the brand. a core company dedicated to the sport and making the product I want.
out of the five or six times I have emailed saga, every time is has taken at least two weeks (usually more) for them to respond. I returned a shirt and it took them well over a month to give me my money back. I like the company, but their customer service is SLOW!

Yeah Ive bought a good amount of saga shit through the year because I liked the way they did it, but I think their customer service is absolute trash to be honest I think they are getting to the point where instead of buying a company truck and putting saga stickers on it, they should consider hiring people during prime season time to take care of emails and calls. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.
And people need to fuck off on trashing FD, I don't own anything of theirs or know anyone in the company but I think they deserve some credit. FD has never done anything malicious to you so why the fuck are you guys all instigating petty internet shit against a company/people that are trying to actually do something within the industry?
