Long enough? I'm 6'4 and I don't sag them and they are still plenty long. I can't measure them now but this size chart might help.. Although I couldn't find the measurement you were looking for.. http://www.lethaldescent.com/feelsizechart.htm

The pants have an outseam (waist to cuff) measurement of:

L: 44.25"
XL: 46.75"
XLT: 49.25"
