www.tutorialized.com, look at the photoshop section and search for vector. You should find some decent tutorials.

Basicly you just make a bunch of shapes with the pen tool, and color them in. But I think in some programs there is a color cell thinger that does the whole thing for you, don't know though, this tutorial might help.

u can use the cutout filter in photoshop, but the quality isnt nearly as good and is looked down upon in most places

Bam i was jus skatin and went flyin in the air and had this piece of wood in my backpack and just happened to land on that piece of wood and hurt my shoulder and my jaw alsoe hurt's mega like POW
