Video Help Please

I need some help, i just bought a comupter and when i uploaded my videos, they turned into a blury quality, is there a program that i am able to buy or something that i can change to fix this problem

What program you using? Your upload settings are probably fucked up, if thats not the problem then it mos liekly has t odo with the camera.

sorry i posted it 3 times, but i am using the windows movie maker, for now until i can afford a new program, what kind of settings should i be using for the camera and comnputer

First check to see what the size of the video is set to when you upload, thiscould cause it to becomne somewhat blurry if the resolution is too small, besides that maybe check the quality. But I am honestly not sure.

sorry about being an asshole before, but if you have any downloading program (e.g. kazaa, winmx, limewire) you should be able to get a copy of adobe premier. it's complicated but you should get used to it after a few hours of use.

no i dont have any downloading services, first i am against that and i have dialup so it takes too long and the last time i had a downloading service we got a virus and this is my own computer so i dont want to screw it over
