Does anyone have any diet plans that actually lay out meals of what I should eat every day? Most of what I've found searching has just been "eat fiber" or "eat protein" and I feel as if I would benefit from an actual meal plan.
I work out about 4 times a week as well, so I would need something with a fair bit of nutrients.
