Just realized something about 420

its gonna be 420 every april all april for the next 89 years....  eg. [April 2011 = 0{4/20}11]
smoke em if you got em bum em if you dont...

dunno if anyone posted bout this yet...   and yah i know hitlers birthay is also 4/20 (April 20th)  I guess that day = double down? 

not that I dont smoke pot every day regardless of what day it is just kinda almost seems like an excuse to smoke more.

also THEY ARE RELEASING THE NEW MORTAL KOMBAT ON the day before 420 on purpose...  would bet anything on it... lol


so I guess what I'm asking what are your plans for 420? smoke lots of pot and mortal kombat?

I ended up gtting stuck moving on 420 but I'm just gonna be on a ferry all day.. soo lots of pot no cops ahhhhhh relaxation...

because the "why 420" thread got deleted, the accepted story behind 420 is that a group of five kids known as "the waldos" at san rafael high in CA in '71 would get together after school and smoke and search for a hidden crop of bud.

i smoke when i feel like smoking, not because it's a certain time of day/year. it is stupid to think that because you are smoking at a certain time, you're connecting with people, or affecting your world in any way.
think, for a second, that if drinking had the same stupid idea, everyone who drink might just get drunk at the same time. THAT WOULD RUIN EVERYTHING. stop acting like you're doing something special just because it's 420. you're just getting high. you're not contributing anything to anybody except yourself, and you haven't connected with anyone in any way. literally nobody cares that you got high at 420, whether they got high at the same time or not.

420 started as some kids in the Bay Area using it as a codeword to meet after school at a water tower at 4:20pm. I fail to see how the next 89 years is relevant to that.

here's the thing about "drinking times/days"

the only people who participate are 40 year-olds who NEED an excuse to get drunk because they don't get to party as much as they used to, what with their 9-5 jobs and marriage and children.
everyone else just drinks whenever they want to.

I always thought that 4 20 was the code the police used for code for marijuana.  just what i was told never really though to look it up.
