What does being a non-Matriculated student mean? Does that mean you got into the school just not ur intended major? Google didn't help me so im going to you guys.

i think it means you are not a full time student, so a student with less than x amount of credit hours. so if youre just taking a few classes as continuing education you would be a non-matriculated student.
A non-matriculated student is someone who is not yet been accepted into the master's (or any other) program in School Counseling. Non-matriculated students may take up to six credits a semester up to a total of twelve credits total <--- I googled that don't hold me to it
