Well, then your diet is pretty much pointless. You aren't staying true to the diet if you're eating eggs. And how long are you doing it for? And you can lose weight if you are eating meat, just avoid high fat meats such as beef and pork.

your half right. 19% is healthy, but too tone up you need too lose weight. working out isnt going too add tone, unless you have a low enough bf% too show it. I, being the newfound fitness freak i am, average around 6-7% at any point and time. 5% if I plan on going to the beach or something soon.
I appreciate the dieting tips but this isn't a diet for weight loss. I just want to test my will power by sticking to a pretty dramatic diet change. I know I will lose weight so I figured why not make a game out of it. But ya I know the proper way to lose weight.
