I took it for about 4months then stopped cause I had school shit
here is my take:
- First time i tried it i got fucked up because i was dehydrated, puked a lot. That may sound bad but i was VERY dehydrated and I never had anything close to that problem again, creatine fucks u if u don't have h2o in u
-After a few weeks using it i noticed my lifting went up dramatically, went from curling 30-40's( i can't lift a lot but it was amazing for me).
-I did notice my body got bigger, as in 4 months i went from 115-145 and i peaked at 150. Most of that was water weight,(i'm not that big of a person but creatine changed that, when i took it) I ate a shit ton too, thats actually the most important thing i found to gain .
- I went off it and lost about 20 pounds after 3-4 months and i'm maintaining that weight.
Majority of people i know who have taken it recommend it, most people who havent taken it have no idea about how it feels and are talking out of their ass and the 1 page they read on wiki. Try it, it's cheap and if u don't feel right with it drop it.
