Don't fuck around when it comes to your noggin..concussions are brain bruises and just like any other part of your body your brain is going to be tender for a few days (perhaps longer depending on severity) the only difference is you can't see the bruise like you can on an arm or leg
bottom line don't fuck around with concussion, i've had a few sports related concussion from soccer rugby and skiing and they are not something you can just shake off..look at professional athletes with concussions like savard and crosby they lose whole seasons and possibly careers due to these injuries
If your crash wasn't as bad as this, Man Up. Worse? Cat Scan might not be a bad idea.
Concusions aren't really that bad, they just make you a little slower, and everything seems funnier.
I'm just saying, if you plan on doing something dangerous or do extreme sports, be prepared for the consequences. The more time you spend worrying about injuries, the bigger the impact on your mental health, and perception of how bad it really was. After all sports are 90% mental, 10% ability.

Make up your mind; It's your body, your health. If you can't decide let a doctor do it for you. The longer you drag this on the bigger the impact it's gonna have on you.
