Jibbin wont load

I just downloaded jibbin but when I try to run it i just get a splash screen and it disappears. If I run as admin I get loading.jpg failed to load or something like that. I have windows 7. Any help?

got it aswell.. install it again and make sure you make an desktop icon

alright did that. Now I get as far as hit the slopes and then it closes
