On a trampoline when i cork 7 (i spin to the right) i throw my arms from low left across my chest and over my right shoulder> I bring my knees up and grab my right knee with my right arm getting the rotation around. So I'm throwing the "cork" part backwards.

I've seen many tips and they say to throw you arms down and dip your head / shoulder. This to me seems opposite from what I'm doing...dipping down forward to me sounds like a bio. Can con someone straighten this up for me...I've been confused lol. I think i could do what i do on the tramp, what ever it is, on snow but just need some clearing up about what I'm doing and stuff.
